Cancellation Policy

                                                              Standard Cancellation Terms

At De Tulip Hotel and Resort Collection, reservations are subject to the following cancellation schedule:

• 72 Hours or More Before Arrival: Reservations cancelled 72 hours prior to the check-in time are eligible for a refund (minus a nominal 5% processing fee).
• 24 to 72 Hours Before Arrival: Cancellations made within this window will      incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value.
• Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of      check-in, or a failure to arrive (No-Show), will result in a 100% charge      of the total booking amount.

Peak Season & Special Promotions

• Blackout Dates: During peak periods (festivals, long weekend), all bookings are considered Non-Refundable and Non-Amendable.
• Promotional Rates: Certain discounted rates or "Early Bird" offers may be non-refundable. Please check the specific rate rules at the time of  booking.

Modification of Booking

Any request to change dates or room types must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is subject to availability and any applicable rate difference.
