1. General

2. Site Availability

4. Reservations, Amendment, and Cancellation

• Availability: All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number/voucher is provided via email or SMS.

• Amendments: Should guests wish to amend reservations, modifications must be requested at the earliest convenience and are subject to availability and rate differences.
• Hotel Rights: In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, needs to reject or change a confirmed reservation, it will use all reasonable attempts to facilitate an alternative. If no alternative is provided, the hotel will return the deposit made; this is the limit of the hotel's liability.
• No-Show: The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee per room per night in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show.

5. Charges and Payment Terms

Kasn Hospitality Services LLP reserves the right to charge a deposit on confirmation of a reservation. If payment terms are not complied with, we hold the right to cancel the booking without liability and retain the deposit.

• Accepted Payments: Payments can be settled by major credit/debit cards, UPI, or cash (where applicable).
• Important Disclaimer: Payments made through sources other than this official brand website, authorized corporate affiliates, recognized Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or by calling our hotels directly will not  be accepted or recognized.

6. Internet Rates

De Tulip Hotel and Resort Collection reserves the right to change, modify, and adjust room rates with or without prior notice. Rates are governed by the specific terms and conditions stipulated by individual properties within the collection.

7. Special Offers and Promotions

Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions, and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program or offer at any time without prior notice.
